An elegant and functional use of small off cuts of wood left over from larger projects - off cuts that that are way too good for the wood stove. Most are local woods such as spalted maple, figured sugar maple and cherry. Several are turned from a salvaged flowering dog wood tree as well as some salvaged yew bush stumps.
These versatile little bottle stoppers are the result.
The turned tops are fitted to FDA grade stainless steel stopper units each with four nitrile o-rings that ensure good seals across a range of bottler neck sizes. The stainless steel fitments are patented and made in the USA by Ruth Niles. Each comes with a lifetime warranty.
